Scramble App LLC, also referred to as “the company” or “Scramble” has established operating guidelines listed below. These are not all encompassing and can be changed at any time at the discretion of the company.
Scramble is not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off the service. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other members, particularly if you decide to community off the Scramble platform or meet in person. You agree that you will not provide your financial information (e.g. credit card information, bank information), or wire or otherwise send money to other members.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You understand that Scramble does not conduct criminal background checks on its members or otherwise inquire into the background of its members. Scramble makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of members. Scramble reserves the right to conduct, and you authorize Scramble to conduct, any criminal background check or otherwise screenings (such as sex offender register searches) at any time using available public records obtained by it or with the assistance of a consumer reporting agency, and you agree that any information you provide may be used for that purpose. Registered sex offenders are not permitted to use the Scramble platform, or any services provided by Scramble App LLC. Users who are found to be in violation of the above will be promptly removed from the Scramble platform.
By joining Scramble, you agree that you will not:
Use Scramble for any purpose that is illegal
Use Scramble for any harmful or nefarious purpose
Use Scramble in order to damage the company and its service
Violate our Community Guidelines
Spam, Solicit, money from or defraud any members
Impersonate any person or entity
Bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person
Violate anyone’s rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right
Spread content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence
Spread any content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
Solicit passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users or disseminate another person’s personal information without their permission
Use another user’s account, share an account with another user, or maintain more than one account
Create another account if we have already terminated your account
Investigation and Data Usage
Scramble reserves the right to use user metadata, including but not limited to messages metadata and user activity. The content of messages is secure, and will only be reviewed in the case that a message is reported, flagged, or otherwise escalated to a member of the Scramble Team to review to ensure that the message is in adherence to company policies.
Scramble aims to provide a positive member experience and safe environment through thorough review of reported conduct violations. Scramble also reserves the right to block users who do not adhere to company policies. Scramble is not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off the Service. You, as a member of the Scramble Community, agree to user caution in all interactions with other members, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person.

Scramble urges users to engage in best practices, including but not limited to:
Meeting people in a well-lit, public area.
Do not provide financial information, or other sensitive personal information to people.
Adhere to local health and safety guidelines; including the practice of mask wearing and social distancing in accordance with COVID-19 safety protocols.
